These terms cover the pre-launch use of RojHisab and will be replaced by full commercial terms before general availability.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for the users you invite, and for the roles and permissions you grant them.
Your financial data
The records you enter remain yours. RojHisab processes them to operate your books and produce reports. You are responsible for the correctness of the data you record.
Professional advice
RojHisab provides accounting software, not accounting, tax or legal advice. Country Packs support localized configuration; statutory filings remain your responsibility and that of your advisers.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass permission checks, disrupt the service, or use RojHisab for unlawful financial activity.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the pre-launch period. Planned changes may require short maintenance windows.
Termination
You may stop using RojHisab at any time and request an export of your records. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
